So what ever happened to the " other bullet mustang"    \\  you know the one kevin marti blessed as being the real car ?

Who fixed it and how is more important.

When I took out two doors on my car, they wanted to use two used doors. I opted for the more expensive new doors. It is as good as new, probably better.

They like to use aftermarket "new"  doors/ wiring harnesses /headlights/ tail lights. 

had an explorer come in with wiring problem  the parts tags on the harness were written in chinese..... nothing matched .

Any used car has a history these days. with new trucks in the 80-100k $ price range there is alot of room to fix 40K worth of damage . and still make money . And carfax is a joke  because it can be fixed under the radar and never show up  on carfax. same with shelbys if it sounds too good to be true it is .
 

 2 of   tdf falcons were built at dearborn steel and tubing  then modified for road racing  at holman / they had studabaker front disc brakes .

  Since it's a 69 302 head, according to Bob Mannel's book, that E is just the suffix to the  whole casting number (C9OE-E). Hope this helps.

 any ideas what the E  in the casting stands for ? in same location where 289 / 302 would be

Might want to  check the files there is an action shot that may be the fastback .  I bought off ebay  a few years ago .

The track is somewhat still there. 15 minutes from my house. lots of broken concrete and glass cover the crumbling pavement

grandstands were torn down last year after the kicked the squatters out with the illegal junkyard they were running out of the property .

8 inch rear is 60 lbs lighter  and there are now lots of options for gears and locking rears
