Messages - PrettyMuchAShelbyGuy

I bought these in advance of a Cougar Trans-Am (Dan Gurney/Bud Moore Engineering) that never happened.

One (1) C8WY-13A366-AS for 1968 Cougar Plug & play replacement for OEM Ford/FoMoCo unit. (Should also work for 1968 Shelby running T-Bird tail lights (replaces mechanical relay also known as 'dynamite stick' in the trunk)

One (1) C8WY-14290-AR for 1968 Cougar 'standard (not XR-7). Complete plug & play Dash panel to headlamp wiring harness.

For additional information, Google "Cougars Unlimited" in ABQ NM and/or Speak with Vic. Great guy!

Six hundred for both... Saves you ~200.00 or more as there is no tax on this... I already paid it!

Thank you,
Kirkham will put the 289 body on a 427 coil spring chassis, that's actually the cheapest route versus original style suspension.
Dave's still got the 65 pictured. He had it in 74 before I got my drivers license, still has it to this day.
Wanted to Buy / 69/70 GT350

Hi folks, Hope everyone is doing well this holiday season. Wanted to see if anyone had any 69 or 70 GT 350s in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prefer automatic and air-conditioning is a must for me. Let me know what you have thank you for looking.
I posted this a while back-  Speaking of Nagle's XGT-1 and the other cars; namely Fersthand's Venom; (he put the Maier flares on it and it was running a Boss 302 with Webers at the time).  Enjoy this, just fast forward to 3:01.

Yea... I'll call BS too.  I raced @ Green Valley back in the day.  Road Course or 1/4 mile, no way to go 200+ there safely.  Absolutely zero.  Anyone remember the run-off area?  You hit that and it was not going to be good.  I'll see if I can find anything, but I recall more than 1 person who had to use it died.  One of the reasons for the move to Texas Motorplex in Ennis was the run off area...  Hell, I doubt Bobby's Super Snake would have gotten to 175 @ GV.

That stick looks like it overdosed on Viagra.
That's going to be cubic dollars.
Asking again please; anything in the DFW area?
Likely Fran Hernandez as well.... But maybe I'll be proven wrong...
You guy's are killing me...
Thank you...  Actually posted it first on their forum....
I am in the DFW area.  Wondering in there is anything in the area on the market/under the RADAR.  If a Boss 302, prefer a 69' prefer WR or 5 speed conversion.  Prefer black interior.  Color less important.  Don't want a huge project.  Don't want a trailer queen either, and waaaaay to OCD for that.... BTDT, got the T-shirt.  Please message me if you have something.  A 69' or 70 GT350 as well, but want Auto & A/C on that one...  I've done the FE thing, not my kind of fun...  Thank you in advance folks-

The 69 Grabber Blue GT350 sure felt that way.. Local bidders using their name, bidding up +25K...  No warm fuzzies there.  Lots of electrical gremlins disclosed on the final day in the last few hours...not a great look.
1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / Re: Factory AC in a 66 H?

The term factory may be loosely used here. If it's a hang on "FoMoCo" unit, likely dealer installed after delivery.  I don't believe factory air was ever offered as an integrated system until 1967. Looking for the super experts to correct me or chime in
