There is a low sprag race bearing kit available in the market. Sold by Pro's Choise Transmission parts on Ebay among others. It's an update to replace the trust washer...

I have had same issue a few years ago and went with a Dewey brake Booster replacement.

I thing on your pics the bracket has been welded too far inward.

IMHO...It should let room for 3/4 inch for the foam as shown below.

1969-1970 Shelby GT350/500 / Front bumper bolts
December 07, 2025, 09:39:26 AM
Hi, can anyone tell me the size of the two bolts that hold the front bumper ?

And if they are 7/16, are they similar to the 4 who hold the brackets to the frame ?

Tks

1969-1970 Shelby GT350/500 / Hollow stud question
November 08, 2025, 01:54:06 PM
Hi. Can anyone confirm the location of the hollow stud behind the carb on a automatic 428 cj car ?
Driver side or passager ?

Find nothing on google and forum.

On the draw we see bolts secure the collector through body and bushings.
Aren't they supposed to be studs and nuts ?
#15
There are bushings between the collector and body. look likes shock bushing.

Bob, on your picture the exaush clap is missing right ?
