Hi.
Someone offer me a 5671 metering block for my C9AF 9510 N carb
From my research and as far as I know, a 5671 block is not power valve equiped AND we cant installed one. They have no hole. "Plug"
So the 5671 block he is offering has hole and tread for PV.
Also it has a number 4609 under 5671.
What is this meen ? It is not usual  on Ford carb...
Can anybody clarify ?

I own it for 33 years.
Car is still 10 mile from original delivery dealer after 56 years.

All numbers are correct except the intake manifold. I cant explain.

Very good 1UA crank. It is ,030 rod ,030 main and dont need to be recut. Engine has run low mileage before being disassembly.  it has been balanced to different rods weight than leman. So it would need to be rebalanced to original if you want to used leman rods.

I will be at Carlisle Ford show next weekend so I can bring it there for free.

Hi. According to 428 cj.org website, wintages trays was added during the 69 year production.
Anyboby has an idea what month it would have been added ?
And was it part of both cj and scj engines ?

Hi. I was doing some maintenance on my  Gt 500 and noticed engine oil pan is very close to the cross bar underneath and left lift hook is touching the reinforcing plate of the shock tower
Is engine mounts collapsed a commun  issue ?
