Does anyone know what Ford dealer used the code 16F214  back in the 70's? I think it is was somewhere in the Pa-Nj area.

I couldn't find 16F214, but Dockery Ford in Morristown, NJ was 15G402.

16F215 is a Shelby dealer Gilboy Ford, Allentown, PA
