You never know if and when something comes up that has stayed hidden for a long time. For in-stance I found the number (1) AC cobra 289 car in Portland Oregon and missed purchasing it by 2 weeks. It was raced at PIR and stored in pieces in an enclosed trailer next to the house. The orig owner passed from cancer. It sold for $450K and shipped to California.

Next someone could try to locate Ray Wolff of Hi-Performance son and see if he still has any of the business paperwork stored away that would show a sale of the car in 1971.

I've also heard others have already tracked down his (Ray Wolf) son.

I'm not aware if that revealed anything or not.

First of all if car ever appeared the burden of proof would be the car itself. I don't anyone is going to just say "oh yeah thats it"

Agreed but people will buy anything if someone "allegedly" credible signs off on it. Its in my little black book of all the fakes I've found over the years the list of "credible" sign offs
