Have you ever wondered how many 1965 Shelbys where manufactured?

A total of 562 1965 Shelby GT350s were made, which included 34 competition models (GT350R) and 528 street models (including prototypes). The street models were built for public sale, while the R-models were built for racing. 

Yes I know many know this already, but many do not.

No, I have never had to wonder, since SAAC has been producing accurate histories of all the Shelby products built in the '60s in the various Registries that have been available for several decades now. It would be a mystery to me why anyone with a desire to know about these cars would have not yet taken advantage of these printed records, photographs, and histories.
