overnight Shelby parking

What has been set up for overnight Shelby parking?  Will we be able to leave our cars at the track or do we have to drive them back and forth from the hotel?  Also, what about parking for transport trailers, track, hotel, somewhere else??

We've got hired security at the host hotel (Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael Marin County). And of course you can leave vehicles at Sonoma Raceway. Trailers can park up in Lot 2 at Sonoma. Have a look here - https://www.saac.com/media/pages/50-forms/5e42f07869-1754769858/saac-50-parking.pdf

Based on the past 2 conventions held at the same host hotel there is no designated Shelby parking.  You will be sharing parking with non-convention guests. Also, there are pine trees located in the parking area directly in front of the lobby.  They drip sap, so bring a car cover (either way bring a cover) or park around the perimeter away from trees. There aren't many people who park their 1st gen Shelbys at the host hotel, less than 10 cars from what I've observed on Fri/Sat nights. I've seen a few enclosed trailers park in the back parking area and along the street but you'd have to check with hotel prior to see what the rules are.
