Is this an intake plate? Any ideas of the value of it? Thanks

Looks like what came on the GLHS Shelby's Intake or Valve Cover.

Same plate that's on my XX2 , as far as value.  Anybody's guess , can't be too many floating around. Nice that u showed the backside of it ( MKI)  . Only the first 13 MKI came with this cover.
