Anyway to keep the lounge off the Show unread posts since last visit ?

If there was it would be considered icing on the cake.

The set of "Show" commands... Show unread..., Show New Replies... is a different function that the Recent Topic Lists

I would guess you would have to personally put the undesired sub-forums in your Ignore List to make them go away up there.
