I had a Stingray bicycle back in the '60s but gave it up for a Mustang when I got my drivers license.  Does that count? 8)
Just nuts.

Well Biggie is a true blue Ford guy wearing blue tinted glasses. I don't even bother with a response.

As a longtime GM employee the Vette shows how to do a world class sports/supercar for the masses. Ford never could.

But the 900HP twin turbo ZR-1 sure isn't going to be lame and I'm betting the price would be in the ballpark of what Ford buyers paid 15 YEARS ago for a Ford GT.

Want to know what LAME is? That since 1957 Ford has never come out with a car to compete in the Vette's class. Figure out why that is and let me know.

Just like the 350R it only took a short while before peeps could get them at sticker.
The Corvette is lame.
Does it come with Leppard print underwear?

Maybe when they make a Mustang out of fiberglass, we will get a better comparison.  I think the comparisons were are better against a Camaro (when they build them) as a two door, four seat coupe competition.
Just nuts.

The days of the ICE are numbered. Enjoy the new stuff while it's here cause my bet is it will be the last of the fossil fuel powered cars.

Don Johnston

The days  are actually more like decades due to increasing overall electricity demand, needed charging infrastructure and the fact that we are a long way off from providing sufficient non-fossil fuel power generation.  And we have yet to figure how to fly our commercial and military planes on electricity.  While more choices are coming available for EV vehicles, alternative energy generation to provide support has a long way to go.
Just nuts.

Well stated

None of this means gas guzzling sports cars will be continuing.

If they don't disappear on their own due to the shame of political correctness, they will be legislated or taxed out of existence.

I agree with 2112.  Enjoy these days.  Regardless of how long it will take, they will end.

I won't be around forever, either.
