I am looking to replace the current rubber filler pipebetween the gas tank and fuel filler.  I am wondering if the concours correct one is the 4 inch with Autolite logo, red stripes and cloth wrap.  According to the NPD catalogue, some believe that San Jose cars had this configuration (according to the NPD on page 160 of their catalogue.)  I welcome your input and thank you for your time.

Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

Many years ago, I was searching for a readily-available replacement for that hose but it had to look like the original and I found that NAPA #1055 with bar code 29769302675 had everything but the white stripe. It came in a long length and, as I recall, it only requires a 3 inch piece so I still have a foot or so left. Send me a PM if you want me to cut you off a length....or you may be able to find it locally.

That's what I did too. The repro hose does not have the alligator texture.
