Just happened to be on the Revs Institute website, when I ran across this picture of an original.

Yes that is the way I remember them . More smooth between the minimal graining.

Beware, the individual selling the wraps for around $100, may not send you the wrap shown in the auctions.  I purchased one from him and a different one showed up.  He refused to take the return.  I file a complaint with eBay and they refunded me the money and did not require me to return to seller.  The seller had a fit and disparaged everyone in Western Washington.  I have since heard from a fellow member he is not a reliable seller.  Beware.
