For my project Jigsaw, the car that came to me missing parts I received an original antenna that mounts at the rear of the car.  The only problem is that I need a nut to hold it in place.  I believe the thread is a 9/16"-24 fine thread.  Can anyone point me to an original antenna nut?  I have also looked for a jamb nut but have not been able to find that size and thread pitch.
thanks!

You need to review what parts go into the installation because there is no jam nut used on the PM300 antenna. I would be in your best interest to post a picture of what you have to verify that it is in fact a 69/70 Shelby antenna given the jam nut request. Off hand I think Metro Mustang in Georgia had the special looking nuts for the PM300 antenna. If others here can help with the name of the business it would be appreciated. It is one of Joel Rollins business's.

So you have a PM300 antenna or you do not?

Yes I have the PM300 antenna, it appears to have all the mounting hardware except the locking nut that holds it in place to the rear body.  The thread for that locking nut is 9/16"-24 pitch.  I also know that the original locking nut design based on pics that I have seen is not a standard nut but I don't think I am going to find an original locking nut without buying another antenna which are quite pricey if you can even find an NOS antenna.

I was hoping someone might have another solution.

thank you for your input.

Apparently you need to re read my previous post. Metro/Joel Rollins had bought out a huge antenna warehouse. They had way more of the special nuts then they did PM300 antenna's. I gave you as much of a easy button as possible . The rest is up to you.

Yes I saw your last post, you asked if I had a P300 antenna and I answered your question and gave you my reason for posting for help.
Again thank you for your input.

I just installed my PM 300 and have an extra nut. PM me for my contact info and I'll find where I put it. It was in my hand just a few days ago.

I had another member on here ask for the nut as well. Let me know if you're still in need. Here's a photo of the original on the right and the one I used that came with a kit along with the new rubber.
