They appear to me magnums but when I blow up the picture they do not appear to be Hertz style magnum with its unique rim profile.

Not reproduction of Hertz wheels as the reproduction hertz wheels had had the correct rim. Generic Mustang Magnums with Hertz center caps (wrong color) is more like it. It looks like a nice car and wish the seller the best of luck on the sale.
