Some where some one is driving their collector car for the last time but they don't know it . Drive your car every time like it could be the last memory of it .

Knew a guy, Tom Dunn San Diego circa 1980, had these on his '65 GT350. SFM # ????  Had spline adapters on the lug studs and a large nut as the wheel retainer. Think all were 15x6? Been a while but I think he used a large closed end box wrench and a lead hammer.  He did say they came from a drag car, Cobra or GT35, can't recall.

It doesn't appear the ad ones match the ones SA used/sold. The period SA photos clearly show the spline adapters used visible lug nuts to hold them to the wheel.

Only some of them had the lug nuts. Usually used on the rear of the factory drag cars. Customer drag cars nomally did not get the lug nut version. The lug nuts were added to help with the torque of the drag cars. I used wheels just like those listed on BAT when I was in SCCA racing with the Cobra back in '68.  Fine wheels.  Common hubs allow switching back to wires.  Converted to Halibrands because they were lighter without the adapter.
