Does anyone have recommendations for a reputable rebuilder for Autolite 4300 carburetors?  I had mine rebuilt recently and it came back a leaky mess.

Don't know of any good rebuilders, but just did a C8ZF-D myself and it was fairly simple.  What exactly is leaking?

I had Tim Lancaster rebuild my 1969 carburetor and was very happy.

You can find his contact information here:

He ran the carb on an engine and I have no issues

I've have had trouble more than once with the float sticking. They lleak because of the squirting design. My best answer to my carb woes was installing a 69 C9AF U CJ carb on my engnie 5 years ago. Zero issues now. Yeah ,it isn't concours correct but a bolt in swap other than a choke tube but an easy swap with that also. I can change out in 5 minutes if need be.
Thanks Pete for the heads up as my Autolite 4300 carb rebuilder was Mike R so after he passed my carb screwed up so it was replaced with a U rebuilt by Mike.  Mike explained why these 4300 carb were a POS design(cost savings).

Last time I went through my 4300 the kit was easily available but not sure it is now. It was 20 bucks.

Still available, with updated ethanol compatible parts.

They can be found online or NPD has them.  It's a fairly simple kit, not much in them.

Thanks. I've bought kits from local auto parts stores but not in a while. Back then they were not ethanol kits. I'll look up the NPD kits.
