Carb rebuilder review

Just had the carb for my 69 GT350 4 speed air car rebuilt by Classic Carburetor Rebuilders ( CCR ) in North Carolina.....they have a Facebook page

Have not put on car yet but here is a picture of it before and after  and they even sent me a video of it running on an engine.

Quick turn around about 3 weeks

And it really great that they sent you a video of it up and running.  Supremely helpful.

I too had the carb for my 68 GT350 4 speed rebuilt by Tim at CCR.  He was terrific to work with and he did an amazing job.  The engine runs and idles great.  I have been extremely happy.

and a big thanks to you for the recommendation!

Now another topic needs to be started on rebuilding fuel pumps as Fred Ballard is struggling to keep up....his wife has health issues and he is backed waaaaay up....had my fuel pump since Feb........not complaining as he is the best but he can only do so many now.

A couple of people I know bought pumps off of Fred out right and got them relatively fast. They must have got lucky as he must have had correct date coded ones done. One was a 69 and the other was a 68.
Stu, Fred is a real interesting guy who at his age still hang glides(last I talked to him) and is licensed take passengers with him.

I too can vouch for Tim at CCR. He has rebuilt/restored a couple carburetors for me and the work has been exceptional and timely. An all-around nice guy as well.
