Me thinks the parking lights are on the wrong side... ;)

TOB

Carroll Shelby personally installed them on this car for the previous owner, he stated they looked better that way  :o

comments made like the interior is PERFECT and 14K original miles opens the seller up to debate on things. The seat covers look repo, the dash pad speaker holes look weird to me(repo?). Door panels are not original. Original radio gone. Shift knob appears to be the Drake incorrect repo, Does anyone disagree with me in most the pics the console gauges look to be the incorrect black faced Faria gauges? Console is pretty beat up and needs detailing. The quarter window rubber trim to side panels is MISSING. Rear FDRS specific parts Pete mentioned should be black. Chrome ring partially gone around steering wheel. lighter missing. Rear quarter panels cracked where FDS sits. Cracked plastic DS windshield molding. rear view mirror isn't mounted right. Scratches, mismatch paint etc. Ford scuff plate emblems.  Bolts are painted for the window stops but the interior is perfect. The interior is perfect. That kind of BS hype is what gets some like me posting. Again a nice car overall but not a car you take to a SAAC show for judging and expect an award. Popular vote. I wouldn't mind owning that car if I was looking for a Shelby in that price range.

The half dozen people that continually ask for "matching numbers" demonstrate they are neither knowledgeable or serious about the cars being auctioned.

Its the most frustrating aspect of the BaT format from my perspective. Bidding 30 cents on the dollar is not a serious bid.

Most of the people on bat that comment on the cars are mildly retarded.

Air 4 speed carries a premium. Based on past recent auctions I'd say the buyer got a good deal. Some don't consider the premium to have both air and a 4 speed on Shelbys.
