Get the lid one & you can have any brand battery you want under there that fits & not be tied to the full unit which i wouldn't trust myself.

Ha ha look at the print on the wall above the Union Jack cushion on the couch, I've had it for a few years now, actually the shop that did the restoration gave it to me as a gift after the completion of my restoration and the owner of the shop and the head tech both signed the back of it ,along with the $100,000 invoice for said restoration lol

Wow the KR even has the original starter delay very cool find & i love the 2nd guys collection ,but you can't just start up a Ford Gt like that, you gotta wait till the the odometer gauge lights up or you'll kill the gauges .

Quote from: Shawn on August 25, 2025, 10:55:43 AMHere is the company I use.  Changed from the other years ago back in 2019.  I can say I'm very pleased with policy cost communications and coverage.  Have had my Shelby's with them, Ford GT and classic Mustangs

That is terrible & the shop should have to pay the for the loss of value of your car which could be significant, without a tag that car now is car with a story, also not to pile on but how could let that happen these things are so important to a Shelby, i had mine painted last year & we had a full discussion on how to deal with the tag correctly.

Ok great hit me up if you got any ? i became a bit of an expert on these while looking for mine ,car looks clean with a few mods ,steering wheel center cap is odd ,this car actually went through Bat recently but didn't sell & bid to $321k make sure to check the comments on the Bat auction for opinions on the car might give you some ammo for negotiating a better price ,also a ton of much better pictures of the car than on the the other ad
