I am working on detailing the seat tracks in my 69. What can I use on the mounting plates for color/paint?
Any help would be appreciated.

Concours Talk / steering box black out
May 25, 2026, 12:42:20 PM
I had my 69 GT350 judged and one issue found was the top of the steering box should be blacked out. Would that include the metal tag with codes stamped on it?

I had a few of these over the years and thought I sold all of them and just found the last one. This is the best one I have seen. Metal is clean as shown in photos, not pitted, bent, or worn out like most you find and shows the large A on the underside. I tried to take close up photos to show condition. Additional photos available on request.

$175 plus shipping with PayPal family and friends excepted as payment.

Parts For Sale / Mustang scissor jack 67-70
May 11, 2026, 11:24:40 AM
I had this jack in my 69 GT350 and was told it was incorrect for my car. This was soaked in Evaporust with Epoxy primer and painted black looks good but could use some filler to be perfect. Moves freely up and down and not bent.
Has a large A stamped on the top plate and shows 9C stamped on the lower arm. Coarse thread type as shown in photos.

I found the correct jack for my car so time to offer this up for someone that can use for their car.

$140 plus shipping

Parts For Sale / Spring shackle kit 66-68 D1OZ
April 28, 2026, 11:08:57 AM
As I go thru my parts, I will keep posting something hopefully of interest to members.

NOS spring shackle kits in good condition and not pitted. As you can see there are a few missing pieces.

part number D1OZ-5630-A.

The rubber bushings show Gould on most with one showing Harris. I understand these are the later service replacements and are a little different from production pieces.

$110 plus shipping and Paypal used as payment.
