I tuned in when the initial 25 minutes was left I think it was $1.7 Million at that point. It was entertaining to watch, the comments were Gold! I have owned my 2005 Quicksilver No stripe GT since 2007. I have driven it to 6 SAAC conventions and it has about 25,000 miles as of this posting. I love the car. I plan on leaving it to my son who has been my co pilot since he was 9 in the car. Now I am in the passenger seat these days!! The memories we have made in this GT are irreplaceable. So the High Values Do not affect me other than Insurance premiums go up!!

My thoughts are this car will blast past $25,000,000 Dollars. It is time they get recognized for what they truly are. They beat Ferrari on the track. time to Beat them on the Block as well!

We just went to the Simeone today. I live close by and go at least once a year. seeing the Daytona Coupe is always the highlight of the visit. there are however so many amazing Race Cars at this museum, it is always so worth the journey!

Quote from: gt350shelb on January 17, 2026, 10:58:53 AMI have replaced thousands  of these air bags ....  in all the other cars .  really only ones that seem to  possibly have issues are the rangers and convert mustangs .   these 2 are always very rusty when removed .
I hear some FORD employees enjoy setting them off behind the dealerships.

Yes I know it is not a vintage Shelby part! However, I am fixing a car for a Vintage SAAC member! someone had installed an underdrive system on this car and we are trying to put it back to stock and this discontinued Pulley part # F6ZZ-8509-AA has been unfindable for me. so I am seeing if anyone on the forum has one. Thanks!

This thread is still a disgrace and an embarrassment. Hopefully the Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing forum is kinder to Hoovie!
