Interesting auction

Apparently he can only show you the parts after you send information about your car?

That's Steve Strange.  I think he's legit, been selling B9 parts for years.

[Bob Gaines]

Yes Steve Strange. He has been this way for years. These auctions are a little more bizarre than is other auctions.

[J_Speegle]

Yes Steve's efforts go back to possibly the late 70's. Though by the 80's he wasn't in the public eye as much as in the very early years. Looks like possibly of a little data mining opportunity to me.  Didn't realize he had relocated out of Portland to a bit more north and eastward based on the EBay ads.

[Special Ed]

Jeff you must be thinking of denny aldridge motorsports a boss 429 guy out of portland. I always thought steve strange was always from spokane wa. I stopped at his place back in 92 on the way to a saac portland meet on one of my old ford dealership trips as it was the longest trip i was ever on gone for a month drove 10.000 miles thru 16 states. Steves son also sells parts out of LV.

I knew who he was...just think its kind of odd eBay lets him discriminate who he sells it to and hide pictures

If someone complains Ebay will typically do something .Ebay is VERY consumer oriented. I suspect no one has bothered to complain.
