I'm trying to hone my skills on early fender tags. This one to me appears to be a repo? Am I correct? It's the current 66 on bat.

Pretty easy to tell on that one, should have 6S pre-printed on the tag.

Tag might be fake but at least it has the hyper-rare oversized rivets on it specific only to white/gold hertz cars between serials 1210 to 1214 built in early March of 66.

Pretty special stuff  ;D

Special indeed. Also, font looks more like the larger '65 style. At least they didn't use a "Shelby America" blank.

For the uniformed, do all 1966s look like they have a big gap under the grill?

He looks 😢

The issue with consignment is most of the dealers are worried about the profit (not all) and have plausible deniability.

I'm looking for 9F02M480004. Have you seen it?

If you look down the side of the car in general in the headline picture and really focus on details.... you will see some pretty wild stuff going on.

Thanks guys. Looking at original tags this one didn't look right but I always ask instead of assuming.
