"Every detail complements the car's factory specifications and reinforces the quality of the restoration completed by the RK Collection." Based on that statement I feel compelled to comment otherwise I would not. A very nice looking car. The workmanship looks good. It is obvious to me that they don't know the factory historical build detail knowledge because of all of the newbie mistakes otherwise they would not have made that statement. Whoever was in charge of "completing " the restoration needs to go back to Shelby 101 class. It wouldn't be so embarrassing if it weren't obvious that their goal was trying to make it look factory original.

Failed the stripe test
At least - I guess the "AS-IS" warranty also applies to authenticity.
$60-80 grand overpriced in todays market??? Of course it is Monterey Car week season and those prices will drive the market until the next BJ/Mecum deep pockets fest.

I actually was at RK yesterday dropping off my triple black 1970 Challenger convertible for them to sell and briefly looked at the car....

Interesting story on it.....the owner of RK Motors Rob Kaufman owned this and a blue 67 GT500 and had both restored........he owned a Nascar Cup team ..... Michael Waltrip Racing which Michael drove for .....after Michael won a big race ( not sure maybe Daytona 500?) he gave both the GT500's to 2 folks on the team....not sure who

Anyway this is one of them and its gone thru a couple owners now back at RK to sell.
