Cool Hertz Rental Facility Photo w/GT350H

Here is a really cool photo that I acquired recently.  It's from March 1967 and shows a group of 3 people either picking up or returning a 1966 Hertz Shelby (with Magnum 500 wheels) at a Hertz rental facility.  Notice the advertising sign in the background.  Does anyone recognize this facility?  Looks pretty unique.

I don't think they are picking it up or returning it. Merely standing by a car with an advertising sign on the roof.
Is the original sharp enough you can read the plate on the car in the background.
