Artwork on TV Show "Chicago Fire"

During the season finale of "Chicago Fire", noticed this artwork behind the bar at "Molly's" tavern. Sure one of you know the background of the artwork.

(iirc?) last season "officer Kevin Atwater" almost bought a "Bullitt" Mustang... and of course it led to a case 
I wonder if someone behind the scenes is a enthusiast?

  On Chicago Fire, the character who plays Severide drives a Mustang.  On the older reruns it's a 68 fastback, on the newer ones that Mustang is way new.
