Tilt away wheel angle?

Noob question. When my tilt away wheel snaps down into position, the wheel is angled up too much for my taste. Apart from the screw stuck in the emergency flasher button, can my steering wheel be tilted down a bit more?

If you push the turn signal lever forward, you will be able to choose from 9 different positions.
