I was playing around on Google Gemini last night, looking to make a t shirt with my car on it and came up with this image after a few tries.  Strangely, it put the exhaust out the side just like it is currently on 843 even though that was not part of the prompt.  This one has distinct possibilities for either a t shirt or on a mug or both.
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

Interesting that you oe AI place the car in the wrong lane also. Thanks for sharing

Maybe that's the point though. When you are trying to escape death, the rules of the road don't matter. The Shelby is coming out of an apex turn so it would appear. I highly doubt that the a.i. took any of the forgoing into consideration. A.i. makes a lot of mistakes but this image is about as good as it could produce. Plus, don't the turn signals turn off when the headlights are turned on? Overall, it's pretty good for a free image produced in what, four seconds that might take a human artist a day or two and a $300 or $400 commission, maybe more.

Hmmmm, "a free image that might take a human artist..."

AI creates NOTHING NEW. It is synthetic. It goes out and takes from things that people... human artists... have ALREADY CREATED.

The underlying data models were built using content obtained without permission of the original creators.

A driverless car? The Reaper must have already made his score or is his smile From a Semi just out of the picture.

I am fully prepared to litigate and defend anything that comes my way on this image. I can safely state with a high degree of certainty that there is not another image of my Shelby on the planet with the Grim Reaper chasing it on a darkened road labeled Route 6. Plaintiff always carries the burden of proof by a preponderance of the evidence. And when the dust settles from that case I will file my malicious prosecution cause of action against the losing party.

There is a driver. There's a shadowy image by the quarter window with a hand on the steering wheel.

I see him now. He must be set hard in the seat considering what's in the rear view.

You won't need to litigate it.

Aware. Agree.

It would be ill advised of anyone to make me a target defendant for this image. But that never stopped a frivolous lawsuit of which I've seen a few as a defense attorney. There is litigation ongoing on several fronts at the moment. See infra.

Major Lawsuits and SettlementsAnthropic $1.5 Billion Settlement (2025): In September 2025, Anthropic agreed to pay $1.5 billion to settle a class-action lawsuit brought by authors including Andrea Bartz, Charles Graeber, and Kirk Wallace Johnson. The suit alleged Anthropic used pirated copies of their books to train its Claude AI chatbot. It is considered the largest copyright recovery in history.Authors Guild v. OpenAI: A major class-action suit representing authors such as John Grisham, George R.R. Martin, and Jodi Picoult, alleging infringement by using works to train GPT models. As of early 2026, discovery is ongoing, with courts ordering OpenAI to produce millions of output logs.Kadrey et al. v. Meta: Authors including Sarah Silverman sued Meta, alleging their books were used to train LLaMA models. In June 2025, a court ruled that training was "transformative" and therefore fair use, though claims regarding "seeding" pirated works survived.New York Times v. OpenAI/Microsoft: A significant lawsuit focused on the use of news content for training.Other Actions: Further lawsuits have been filed against companies like Apple, Stability AI, and Midjourney by authors and artists over unauthorized training data usage.Key Legal Trends (2025–2026)Split Rulings on Fair Use: Courts are divided. In 2025, one court (Bartz v. Anthropic) ruled that training AI on books was fair use but that storing pirated copies was not. Another court (Kadrey v. Meta) suggested training on pirated works might also be fair use."Shadow Libraries" Focus: A major issue is the use of datasets scraped from illegal "shadow libraries" (e.g., LibGen, Z-Library).Precedent on Human Authorship: In March 2026, the US Supreme Court declined to hear a case, effectively reinforcing that AI-generated works cannot be copyrighted without human contribution.Shift to Licensing: Major publishers and some authors are moving away from litigation towards licensing agreements, such as the deal between Disney and OpenAI.

In reality there have been enough pictures of 843 posted that it is probably one of the images AI relies on to "create" a red 1966 GT350 with gold stripes........
