Perhaps this would be a consideration for SAAC-52... It's a brand new facility with both road course and oval track. IT all sits right next to interstate 95 in central Virginia. The facility is just minutes outside Fredericksburg with tons of amenities and then there's a brand new Kalahari being built 2-3 miles from it:
