I looked at this car in Sarasota, FL last Saturday.  Number 1947.  Gulfstream Aqua. 

Beautiful paint, but reproduction fenders and other issues.

This points out the need for a QUALIFIED inspector familiar with SA cars. A quality inspection will help you decide if you can live with the problems and/or get the price reduced to correct them.
Is it a $170,000 car - I don't think so.
