Hello,

I have what I think is a reproduction of the original R model seat in fiberglass. The mounting frame is glassed onto the seat itself. Before I go pulling my current standard seat out of the car, I was wanting to know if these R model seats are designed to work with the factory seat sliders or if fabrication is required?

I have mine on factory sliders. I don't remember having to fabricate anything special but that was 25 years ago when I did it. I'll look at it again tomorrow to refresh my memory.

I double checked to confirm that my memory was correct and found the R model bucket frame was bolted to the regular Mustang seat tracks in my car like I thought.
