Gauge Refurbishment

This is my first post forgive me if in the wrong area. I am an owner of a well maintained 4 speed 68 500KR convertible with factory AC. I am looking to have my gauges restored and in researching this forum it seems like the guru of that realm passed away in June of 25. I am curious who else you would recommend and what I should look out for to get it done once and get it done correctly. Thinking about using the car in driver rally eventually and having accurate gauges - particularly fuel consumption is important to me and my occasional driver.
