The limiting cable Aluminum Ferrule in the picture doesn't look like it is properly crimped. Home depot sells the tool to do it properly like it was done at SA back in the day.  https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-18in-Swaging-Tool-1-8-in-1-16-in-3-32-in-and-3-16-in-43834/205887557 . There is a distinct look to the ferrule when it has been properly crimped with the right tool. You don't want it to come loose which may happen when improperly using a pair of pliers to smash the ferrule. That small detail makes it so it will not come loose plus it looks like a factory job when done.

I have no intention of putting LeMan stripes on the car. My other cars have them though.
