I see what looks like a 351 Cleveland valve covers but is the fuel injection in place ?

  This car was at the Indiana SAAC Fall Fest.  No, the F.I. was not on the car.  Looked decent but need a little spiffing up under the hood.  I seem to recall that it also had original paint.  And the Cougar dash was still there.

I believe it is a different car.

This past year at Indiana SAAC Fall Classic it was a GT500 with black stripes and red interior.  VIN 9R02R482860.

No, there is currently only one source for Conelec EFI.   

The car is not original paint, it's been "restored" in the past.  It should be inspected closely if someone is interested in buying it (like every car)
