Does anyone have a picture of the correct speedometer clip that holds the cable to the passenger side of the lower firewall?  Also where one might find one?  Thanks for your help!  It's a 4 speed car

u must have a 4-speed then as auto is different. The repo is wrong  (on dearboen anyway) and to long and rubber coated and to big in diameter. I have some originals i took off cables i bought over the years as i would buy a used cable to get the clip as they are easy broken and they were supposed to wrap around the steel collar on the cable from factory.

If you're referring to the one on the passenger side toe-board, it's the same as the dual line clip under the driver side floor.  The spring steel one.

First 2 pics are a '66 Dearborn C4.
Last 2 pics are a '65 Dearborn 4 speed.
Same clip.

Thanks thats the one i am talking about the manual trans rh side speedo cable holder that is hard to find unbroken as they were designed to be used the first time installed on assembly line.  This part has never been repoed and i sent one out to be made but it never got done yet as its a hard part to make correctly. The double spring type is what i seen on automatic trans cables on dearborn anyway.

Would the clip be the same for a San Jose built car?

For clarity, that's the clip that's used under the car on the trans crossmember reinforcement on the unibody.  The toe-board one is different.
