Steering wheel restoration

Is Jeff Stephens still doing wheel restoration.  FB page doesn't seem to work.  I called and emailed no answer.
My wheel probably will need the wood replaced.

Jeff does great work. He did two 67 wheels of me a year or so ago.  Highly recommend Jeff
