Shelby Convertible Rollbar best cleaning product recommendation, please

Hello, what is the best or better asked, safest product to clean the textured cover, this needs more than just water on a cotton towel.  Looking to add this to my 1968 convertible project.

I have been using this product to clean my vehicles interiors for years. No greasy residue or shine. I don't even think there is a scent, but I don't have the ability to smell like I used to. Spray on a rag and wipe off.

when we wash our cars and use water, we have it blessed and express mailed straight from the Vatican

All kidding aside any of these or similar products will do.

But if its frail or dry rotted nothing will help
