Vendor referral for factory-look GOODYEAR/EAGLE raised lettering on 18" Cobra re

Hi all,
I'm coordinating the final tire/appearance details on a Cobra replica with 18" wheels. I'm looking for a factory-looking GOODYEAR / EAGLE raised-white lettering solution for modern radials — not decals or paint, but vulcanized/inlay white rubber that handles heat, speed, and wheel-cleaning chemicals.

Requirements: period-correct arc; small run OK;
can ship to Georgia (country).

I want to do this legally and am prepared to handle licensing if required.
If you've done this on 18" tires or can recommend a vendor/restorer, I'd appreciate contacts or example photos.
