Under the hood is the original 428ci Cobra Jet V8, factory rated at 335 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque, paired to the correct automatic transmission. The engine features its original ram-air intake, four-barrel carburetor, and finned valve covers, and the car has been recently serviced front to back by our factory Shelby American dealership.
This Shelby retains its original-type factory transverse exhaust system, an often-replaced feature that sets this car apart in terms of originality.
All Shelby-specific body components are original and intact, including the fiberglass NACA-ducted hood, front nose, quarter panel scoops, rear spoiler, and center-exit exhaust. It rides on its original 15 Shelby wheels, now wrapped in brand-new BF Goodrich Radial T/As.
