Metal engine tag for 1967 428

I have an engine tag with 428   67    3
                          6 K   410  A

on it. Was wondering what that decodes to? If it is for a GT500 or not?

I believe it most likely decodes as a non AC 67 GT500 automatic with engine assembled October of 66
