Agreed, the seller is just not realistic about the current market for highly modified old race cars.

I tend to agree also, I valued mine at $175k-$200k in race trim...But this car was being sold with the original engine I think, that's worth a bump to a lot of people...

I take it your cars original engine is long gone?
