Shelbys in France
Search for information

Hi everyone, I am looking for all information about the 1965-1970 Shelby GT350 / GT500 that were originally sold in France or were registered for the first time.

I've already done a little research and know INTER-SPORT
who was the general importer, I have read from 11 6 1966 Shelbys, some of which were officially reported via Ford Advance Vehicel in England.

So I'm looking for several things and hope for your interest and support.

-Is there any pictures of the INTER-SPORT company at the known address ???
-are the Shelbys in the pictures to be assigned to the Shelbys Vin?

Thanks in advance,
Greetings from Germany.

Stephan

Stephan,
Could the Ivy Green 66 be 6S923 owned and raced by Claude Dubois?
My friend Roland in Sweden owns that car now and it still has a Panhard Rod
on the car and the holes in the rear floorboard for the seatbelt harness.
The pictures show it as it looks today.

Right Chris,  ;)  in the "intersport" commercials 6S398 is used.
In Jean-Pierre Versini's French magazine: Mustang & Shelby magazine N ° 10 from April-May-June 2016 six pages are devoted to 6S398 who is still in France   :)

Anybody knows the serial number of the Ivy Green car?
the registrations papers from Belgium say that the car was registered in Claude Dubois
name 1970. That probably means the car spent its first years in either England, Belgium or France.
