Since I have no Shelby to drive and closest thing to look at is my son's Charlie Kemp R model, I decided to write a waltz and dedicate it to the local church down the road and built in the 16th century.
Update: The pace was way too slow. I changed it to moderato which moves it along much better in my opinion.

"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I fixed the speed. Should be Moderato. Not in the slow speed of a Viennese Waltz.

Bringing back the R model diecast with the missing front wheel as the spoils of war. My son is more interested in John Deer tractors and Volvo 18 wheelers than vintage automobiles.

Turkey? In a Lisbon airport now for 24 hours. No turkey here. Thanks for listening.

Just in case you need instructions to go from Turkey to Lisbon,  I mapped out a scenic coastal route.

And remember Istanbul = Constantinople.

Follow the red line and enjoy the ride

Makes me think of an old song by Supertramp. Take the Long Way Home.
