Exactly. There was a recruiting ad for the Army years ago - probably during one of the eras of a gas crisis - that featured a Tank.
They noted the horrible fuel mileage. The punchline was (from my memory anyway), "but talk about ease of parking - who's gonna fight you for a spot"
