While a 67 Shelby convertible was never in the sales lineup, your project is legit because the original Shelby convertible concept car was built in 67 with all the 67 Shelby body parts. At least that's my understanding. You'll be building a replica of the concept car. Keep us posted on your progress.

Built this in 1980-1982 based on a standard 68 convertible. Pictures are from 1985!

So far this, working on side scoops now. Decklid at the body shop. Ordered Front mod nose piece and long 67 Shelby hood today.

Fiberglassspecialtiesnv.com had the no front bumper nose piece I wanted. And the hood.

Side scoops fitted, on to the roll bar installation. So far the quarter window extensions from Branda are to short. Have to add 1 inch tube.

Taillight metal boxes installed. Waiting on Dynacorn backorder taillight harness. Decklid coming out of the body shop next week. It is a original GT/CS decklid along with both Original quarter extensions that I had.

It's got everything BJ looks for - Auction red and when the top goes down the price goes up.
Please don't Eleanor it with 20" wheels.
