Found this photo floating on the vast internet.

Looks like a 1968 convertible mustang shelby.

Any info on this very interesting and potentially physcodelic shelby?

Google art cars and then tap on images, and you will see dozens of them. They were pretty famous in europe and then people here started doing them also.
