I answered this question on a another forum but in case you hadn't seen it the Cougar 390 fan shroud is the same one used on the 67 390 Mustang or 67 GT500. It is a one year only fan shroud . Other year FE Cougar/Mustang had different fan shrouds shrouds   FYI It is marked C7AE-8146-A not C72E-8146-A .

The correct radiator for 1967 GT500 is W-MO ( stamped on top)  Date coded for 1967.

Anything under about 500.00 for a W-MO dated SJ FE radiator is below current market value. Combined with approximate 700-1000.00 restoration cost for the used radiator you can expect it to be relatively expensive too.
