65-66 Under Hood Color

The hood from 5S162 was originally painted black on the underside.

I have seen a few others during this build time done the same way.

While something not obvious just flipping through the registry, 162 was finished 3 days after 5S114.  Although, work started on 114 about 2 weeks before 162, so plenty of time for a change to black during then.
