What color sealer is used under the fenders grey or black?  Is it supposed to squish out onto fender aprons or not?

Thanks

They were on the console as well to accommodate if A/C was an option.  I had a few cars with this setup (lights on console)

Took awhile but I made mine out of wire as jim says above in his reply.  Pull the ends thru, twist to tighten then push hard on the visible side to replicate the 90 degree staple look.  I used original shields held inplace the new rubber and drilled from the back thru the existing holes.  This allowed for the wire to pass thru into the original orientation.

Just want to add a customer experience of the services.  Shelby Parts has restored my full suspension and steering for 2 cars as well as numerous other related parts.  The returned parts are always perfect and the service is very reasonably priced.

Send everything you have to Jim at Shelby Parts.  I would also recommend sending him your suspension and steering components as well.

I own an unrestored 67 K GT Fastback one of the 489 total production of 67 hipo Mustangs.  These are very rare and unique cars and you just don't see them.  Last car I recall sold was a rusted out Springtime Yellow basket case on eBay sold for I think 32K.  Add in the cost of a total restoration 80K is a very fair price.

If anyone owns a 67K lets get a conversation going  :)
